How does Standard Cleaning differ from Essential Clean?
Standard Cleaning includes everything in the Essential Clean package, with added attention to detail. We include extra tasks such as spot-cleaning walls, wiping down interior glass, and sanitizing additional shared surfaces. It’s a great fit for busier work environments.
What does Deep Cleaning include?
Deep Cleaning goes far beyond routine maintenance. It targets built-up grime, dust, and bacteria in hard-to-reach or neglected areas. We thoroughly clean vents, baseboards, behind furniture, under desks, and sanitize high-use areas to provide a truly refreshed environment.
What makes Royale Dream Cleaning (Premium) different?
Royale Dream Cleaning is our most comprehensive service. It includes everything from the Deep Cleaning package, plus premium touches such as detailed appliance cleaning (if applicable), floor buffing or machine scrubbing (when needed), advanced disinfection, and custom services tailored to your facility. It’s ideal for high-profile offices or deep seasonal refreshes.
How often should I schedule cleaning?
We offer flexible scheduling to fit your needs — whether that’s daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. The frequency often depends on foot traffic, industry standards, and your facility’s unique requirements.

We coordinate access based on your preferences and security protocols. Whether you provide us with a key, keycard, entry code, or prefer to have someone on-site during cleanings, we’ll follow your instructions to ensure a smooth, secure process. All team members are trained to respect and protect your space, and we document entry and exit times for added accountability.
How does payment work for your cleaning services?
We offer flexible payment options to fit your business needs. Invoices can be issued on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, depending on your cleaning schedule. We accept payments via credit/debit card, ACH transfer, Zelle, and business checks. For ongoing contracts, we also offer automatic billing for added convenience. If you have specific billing requirements or need a W-9, we’re happy to accommodate.
